What's New in Copilot

Prompting

Teams are getting better results by using short task prompts with one clear output and one business context line.

Meetings

Recap and action extraction are becoming the most requested Copilot scenarios for managers and project leads.

Governance

Clear approval flows and ownership tracking remain the safest way to scale Copilot access internally.

Quick start

Good First Uses

  • Summarize a long mail thread into decision points.
  • Turn meeting notes into actions, owners, and deadlines.
  • Draft first versions of status updates and internal announcements.

What's the difference between One Person and Multiple People?

Use "One Person" to search and add a single team member. Use "Multiple People" when you have a list of emails.

How many licenses do I have available?

Check the overview section at the top. It shows your total pool, how many are used, and how many are free.

Capacity Transfers

Copilot world

Transfer Guidance

Planning

FROM is your department. Choose the borrowing department in TO. Transfers are created by the lending department and lender approval is recorded immediately.

Usage

If enough seats are available, the transfer becomes active immediately after creation and updates both departments' capacity.

Guidance

How Approval Works

Step 1: create transfer from your lending department to the borrowing department. Step 2: if seats are available, the transfer becomes active and updates capacity immediately.

Active Transfers

Active means seats are already moved and the transfer can be returned later. Review the transfer list before making another capacity change.
